Iran needs Truth.
Third PLACe Collaboration

Iran is in crisis. Your support makes the difference.
The people of Iran are hungry for Truth. In the midst of chaos, the Lord is opening opportunities for ordinary people to turn the country of Iran to Jesus on a massive scale. The need is great for the underground Church in Iran, and your support helps disciple-makers reach and disciple the people of Iran for Jesus Christ. Will you partner with the Third Place Collaboration today and make a gift that makes a Kingdom impact in the midst of this unfolding chaos?
How This Began:
Post June 22, 2025 – after the US Air Force bombing of three nuclear sites in Iran – there were several people who had a sense from the Lord that the Body of Christ was to begin preparing resources because the Iranian regime was going to crumble quickly and a significant change was going to happen within the nation.
Therefore, Carol Davis and Kevin Johnson felt an urgency to engage with like-hearted ministries.
Who Third Party Collaboration Is:
We are an informal relational and resource network of mission-focused believers that have come together around the heart of God for the people and future of Third Place. The prayer has been to pre-prepare, as much as possible, to be the hands and feet of Jesus, in a rapid response to what we sense is a coming crisis/disaster in Third Place. In the middle of 2025, we began to meet one another, prayed and talked through 5 possible/likely scenarios of what may unfold. As we began to discover the same heart in one another and the size of the coming crisis, we decided to work more collaboratively – to draw on the incredible strengths, connections, resources, expertise and experience of our different groups.
We have met on zoom calls and in person, formed work groups, continued to gather information, multiplied prayer and worked on communications security issues. On February 9-11, 2026, our 2nd in person meeting took place at CRU HQ in Orlando and included 24 people, 20 ministries, 8 of which were from the Iranian Diaspora. The conclusion was a strengthening of a collaborative that has the capacity to share what resources are available, to build a strong communication network, to collectively stay in connection with what can be resources to share within the nation and from outside the nation.
As of February 28, with the beginning of a war within the region, we are seeing a renewed resolve to partner – loosely or closely – so that the precious people within Iran and the region – are being served, in the name of Jesus.
Our Vision:
To prepare for what seems the most possible of imminent situations…the crumble of a regime, and the immediate chaos and complexity for the Third Place people and churches. The chief question has consistently been: How do we prepare for our collaborative response – within the first few days of a crumbled regime, the first few weeks, and the first few months?
